A bit about my work:
My work is all about transformation. I love the challenge of creating unique, fun, wearable and glamorous jewellery from unwanted and discarded items including drinks bottles, cans, carrier bags and textiles, often combined with vintage beads, gems, glass and crystals.
I like the idea of creating something new from something old, and the fact that the components have a previous history. I enjoy experimenting with new ideas and techniques; again there is that combination of the old and the new, as I use established jewellery making crafts together with innovative ways of working with non-traditional materials.
